I love miso soup though it occurs to me I have never made it at home. It also occurs to me that the last time I bought miso paste I have no idea what kind I bought! I used to buy it at Whole Foods, but I find it is so much cheaper at the Korean grocer (H Mart). Only proelbm, most things are not in English so half the time I have NO idea what I am buying.
